Remember Adithi's Birthday Ball Gown (November) , using the leftover fabric, made a balloon skirt.
Organiza fabric for the external layer which is gathered and used the brocade fabric (used in bodice of the gown) to give body to the skirt. The skirt has cotton lining as you can see the picture which shows the wrong side of the skirt.
My DD loved it and it got some rave reviews in her school as well ! It was Adithi's last day at school, [oh Yes! Summer vacations have begun - my real test begins :0) ]
My best critic 'my dear sister' also liked it and said so on her own !
