I do make continuous bias tape when i am plan to sew the hem line of circle skirts! Yes i did for quite a few gaghras and circle skirt frocks made for Adithi, about 3.5 metres to be precise! You can use them to give piped hem at neckline, sleeves and also at hem of skirt pieces like ararkali or umbrella pattern kameez / dresses!
Do you have a favorite piece of brocade or any other embossed or stylish fabric which is not enough to make an entire outfit, but is something really special to do patchwork with, then fret not make them into bias strips as use them as you please!
